Every startup story you read on LinkedIn is polished. The funding announcements arrive with confetti. The lessons are written after the lesson has been safely learned.

I want to do something different. I want to write about what is actually happening—in real time, before I know how it ends.

What is Zennoia?

Zennoia is capital intelligence infrastructure for private-market teams. We are working on the connective tissue between deal flow, diligence, relationships, portfolio context, and the decisions that follow.

My co-founder Aayush Shah and I incorporated in September 2024 in Mumbai. We are building the product, talking to users, and learning where the real problem differs from the neat version on a slide.

The best startup writing does not come from people who have figured it all out. It comes from people in the middle of figuring it out.

Why make it public?

Accountability. Saying what we are trying to do creates a useful obligation to follow through.

Feedback. The people who tell me I am wrong are often more useful than the people who politely agree.

Memory. Companies rewrite their own history. A record made in the moment preserves the texture that hindsight removes.

What belongs here

Founder logs, product decisions, market research, customer lessons, failed assumptions, and the occasional thing that worked better than expected. Not a content schedule. A record of movement.
